Smoke
& Fire Damage
|
We have been
trained and understand the chemistry of fire and how to commence an
effective restoration.
* Air cleaning as fresh air
begins to recirculate within the facility
A site assessment is conducted to determine the extent of the damage and what can be cleaned and salvaged. All goods cannot always be salvaged but many times much can be restored. |

Mold
Remediation
|
Remediation is the process of cleaning the mold and eliminating the moisture problem. This process is determined by the size of the remediation and whether occupants are experiencing any adverse symptoms that may be related to the mold. Since mold, destroys the surface materials it is on, remediation can preserve the structural integrity of the building. Failure to address a mold problem, ultimately can result in high replacement and rebuild costs. Why Does Mold Need to Be Remediated? * To reduce or prevent adverse
health problems |

Soda
Blasting
|
Soda blasting
is an environmentally friendlier way of removing paint, dirt, coatings
and other surface contaminants that does not cause damage to the surfaces
being cleaned. The action of the sodium bicarbonate used does not cause
heat buildup, sparks, or abrasion to substrata. Sodium bicarbonate is
also water soluble and in most cases it can be disposed of through conventional
drainage systems. The only material that needs to be disposed of is
the contaminant removed which can be separated by dissolving the blast
media in water and the use of a filter or centrifuge to separate the
contaminant from the solution.

Corn
Cob Blasting
|
Corncob grit
is considerably less aggressive than sand, it is often categorized as
a "soft abrasive". Corncob grit does not etch glass or foul
bearings and is frequently used to clean log homes, electric motors,
and machinery with hydraulic cylinders.
Other applications include: smoke damage and residue cleanup; mold cleaning; plant maintenance; and loose and flaking paint removal. It is ideal for wood, aluminum and fiberglass. |

Roof
Cleaning
|
Pressure washing contractors
use bleach or chlorine. This simply bleaches the dirt and kills many
of the plants surrounding the object to be cleaned.
* Does not clean a roof-only
bleaches the dirt
Our system cleans and restores roofs to their original beauty. This is an LVLP (Low Pressure Low Volume) System which does the following:
* The roof will look "like
new". |

Graffiti
Removal
|
The removal of graffiti is a difficult and costly operation using many of the conventional methods available. Soda blasting provides a very valuable alternative to these methods. Because it is a non-abrasive media, soda blasting can be used to remove graffiti on brick, sandstone, marble and other sensitve surfaces without leaving any evidence behind. The addition of a wet blasting nozzle provides a nearly dust free method of cleaning. |
